Silsilah Foundation, Inc.
The Silsilah Foundation, Inc. is the legal personality of the Silsilah Dialogue Movement. It was incorporated in 1985 and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Foundation is accredited by the Phil. Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) and has donee status recognized by the PCNC and the BIR.
Advisory Body
This Advisory Body of Silsilah Dialogue Movement is formed by chosen representatives of Christian and Muslim institutions / groups linked to Silsilah. A special Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is stipulated between Silsilah and each institution in the Advisory Board to assist Silsilah, giving recommendations, advice, and collaborations.
At present, the advisory body is formed by (2) two groups:
- Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines-Episcopal Commission for Interreligious Dialogue (CBCP-ECID)
- Bishops-Ulama Conference (BUC)
