Requirements for Admission

  1. All applicants are required to take a battery of Tests (Intelligence and psychological exam) and the screening process to be conducted by the screening committee of the Emmaus College of Theology.
  2. Must present the following documents
    • Letter of recommendation from the Parish Priest
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character from the High School Principal
    • Transcript of Record (TOR) for College Graduate
    • Physical Examination (X-ray. Drug test, CBC and UA)
    • Authenticated Birth Certificate/ NSO
    • Authenticated Marriage Contract of Parents/ NSO
    • Baptismal Certificate
    • Confirmation Certificate
    • Form 138/ High School Report card
    • Latest 2×2 Picture (4 copies)
  3. Transferee Students:A transferee student may be admitted on the following conditions
    1. He/ She must present the following:
      1. Authenticated Transcript of Records
      2. Transfer Certificate/Honorable Dismissal
